The Predictive Index recently surveyed about 2,000 employees in the US, across more than 15 different industries for their 2021 People Management Report. The report uncovers some staggering information.
Including the below findings:
- 48% of employees have thought about changing careers in the past 12 months.
- 60% of employees are working on site, but only 49% actually want to.
- 68% of companies have or plan to have some hybrid teams moving forward.
- 40% of respondents say they feel burned out at work.
