How do we use the Management Strategy Guide?

This is one of Klara Fogelberg Skoglösa's favorite guides in the PI System, as it is concrete and has a direct effect on the cooperation between employees and managers.

The guide help managers motivate and lead their employees based on their unique needs.

We recommend using the guide in employee conversations by following these steps:

1. Read the 12 listed strategies and discuss how the employee reasons with them.
   • What fits in?
   • What has been good?
   • What can be improved?
     
     

2. Together, choose three of these strategies to focus on for the next 90 days.

3. The manager reflects on the conversation and writes a concrete action plan on page 2.
